- Visit https://emailhelp.rackspace.com
- Login as yourself
- Click Set Up Email
- Click Phone
- Click your operating system / phone (iOS is iPhone, Android will be the rest)
- Click Mobile Sync
- Click iOS 14 (or whatever version is listed at the time)
- Click Mail (which is the default iPhone email app)
- Follow the steps
For Android follow the steps related to your phone. Choose default mail app and Mobile Sync.
