• Login on the server
  • Open Dashboard
  • Click Users
  • Click Add a user account on the right
  • Type the user's first and last name
  • For the username use the first letter of the first name and the full last name
  • For the password use your standard
  • Choose Standard for the 'level of access'
  • Click Next
  • Choose Read/Write for the top 3 folders and read only for the rest
  • Click Next
  • Click Create account accepting the defaults.
