Create a Gmail account for our company to use for scanning purposes; so I have companynamescanner@gmail.com for example.
Here are the options I set in the scanner:
- SMTP Server = smtp.gmail.com
- Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) = checked
- SMTP Authentication = On
- Username = companynamescanner@gmail.com
- Password - [gmail account password]
- Encryption = Auto
